The Reggae fever is in the air as the Digicel Barbados Reggae Festival is underway and set to culminate this weekend with the Vintage Reggae Show and Dance on Friday April 25, Bajan Reggae Night on Saturday April 26 and the massive event Reggae On The Hill on Sunday April 27. In it’s 9 year history, this festival has grown to be one of the biggest reggae festivals around, drawing large crowds from across the world. Vintage Reggae Show & Dance, being held at 3Ws Theatre, Kensington Oval will feature the sweet singing voices of John Holt, Sanchez, Frankie Paul and many more.
Bajan Reggae Night, being held at Reggae Lounge, will feature the best of Barbados with a long line up of talanted local artistes — Fantom Dundeal, LRG, Hotta Flames, Bobo, Ch’ann, Simon Pipe, Peter Ram & The Lock Down Band and more.
Reggae On The Hill, being held at Farley Hill National Park, will feature Jah Cure, Beres Hammond, Chronixx and The Voice winner, Tessanne Chin and more.
